COUNTERPAIN 我的最佳良伴。。。从小到大，走长途路，或运动后双脚就会酸痛，
中学时期发现它后，就成了我出远门，离家时包包里的必需品。这次来到这么远，当然要带着它啦。。。
也奇怪，过去6个星期走了这么多路，竟然没用上它，直到昨天才开张，只因膝盖痛，可能走太多。。。哈哈。。。
喜欢它的味道，喜欢搽后患处暖暖的感觉。舒服极了！
BONJELA 是我昨天才认识的新东东。。。
馋嘴的我吃了太多热气的零食后。。。
留下的痕迹就是烂嘴，长白白的ULCER来惩罚我。
痛了几天，每次用餐时就悔不当初。。先甜后苦咯。。
忘了带西瓜霜来，经朋友介绍下，忍痛买下了这支AUD＄9.50的药膏。好贵也！ 很见效一下。。搽了两次没那么痛了。。省省用。。。可以继续吃零食了（死性不改！）。。keke...
橱里还剩一包零食，已经下定决心戒了。。从此以后不可以买了！戒掉戒掉！！
