I'm so glad, I picked it up.
It just looked so isoechoic (same colour/texture) with normal kidney tissue.
When I sweep through the kidney, it just pop up looking normal and abnormal at the same time.
Decided to take a picture of it at best angle to show it more prominently.
Convinced radiologist that MAYBE there's smtg there. A CT scan recommended.
And the tumour showed up in CT scan. Radiologist came and told me, "Hey, there's really a lesion there ! " 
Report: Probably an early neoplasm, a biopsy recommended to find out the nature of the lesion.
