40y old lady,
-right upper abdominal pain since few days ago.
-radiating to the chest.
-suspect heart attack, ECG done -Normal.
-come in for abdominal ultrasound.
- ? gallstones
Started with pancreas. Common Bile Duct at pancreatic head appears dilated !
Continue scanning, liver seems normal.
Gallbladder no stone. Gallbladder wall thickened!
Look carefully for any stone at GB neck. No stone.
CBD dilated : 1.5cm-1.1cm-0.7cm! (must be something wrong)
Follow distally: YEAH!! i found u !
Diagnosis: A stone seen in dilated CBD. Choledocholithiasis

Happy: 1st time seeing stone in CBD, a good experience! YEAH! I can see u ! well done !
