It's Saturday !

星期六应该是赖床天。。

但这星期例外，去了同事介绍说超好喝咖啡店，吃早餐。

一杯美丽的咖啡，加上美丽的早晨，=）

人生一大享受。

容易知足的人最快乐。

中午，和同事们出外聚餐。

点了沙拉加虾，配白酒，YUMMY！！

小小BabyLiam 也随妈咪同行，才两个月大。好可爱。。

不哭不闹，对我同事这新手妈咪来说，看起来还超容易照顾的。

嘻嘻哈哈，一个愉快的下午就过了。。

回到家，酒精作怪加上是慵懒的下午，睡午觉去了。。

起身后，玩WiiFit出了一身汗，爽！

冲了凉吃了晚餐，upload一些相片，写写部落，10.30pm 了。。

好快哦。。这样又过了一天。

明天星期日，要过得充实些哦！

Deadlines... tik tok tik tok .....

I think I should get back to studies seriously !
Lot's of plans coming up, deadlines planned.
Have to submit 5 case studies by 1st of July.
Have to complete 5 clinical assessment by supervisor by 1st of July.
Have to complete my 2000 scans logbook and submit by 1st of July.
Too many "Have to"s to be done...

And I'm glad I should be able to get it done and post it all out by 24th of June.
So far, collected 5 cases for my case studies, did the drafts.
Just have to edit a bit and hand it over to supervisor to check and verify.

Did one clinical assessment with supervisor today, got some positive feedback, and some comments on where to improve. =)
It seems that my supervisor is very glad with all these assessment, she said, it's your opportunity to impress me !
Okay, I'll do my best... and try to do it naturally. (Not used to work with a supervisor watching me =P) (been always worked with patients family sitting in the room, but they wont know what I'm looking at... hahaha)

Tuesday TV show marathon!

Spent whole night at living room with housemates for TV show marathon just now...
From MasterChef to Aussie's got talent to Survivor2010.
Busy switching from channel to channel when advertisement was ON.

Almost every Tuesday nights we did it..
Too many good shows going on at one night
And we are enjoying it really !! =)
Cheers together ... laugh together...
What a good night !

慢一点

最近常常警惕自己，对老人家讲话慢一点，声量大一点。

记得前阵子有个老病人对我投诉“为什么现在的人讲话那么快？没有时间讲慢一点吗？”
她应该是一直在埋怨为什么身边的人讲话都那么快
害我有点惭愧，没有体会到老人家重听。。
你还讲得那么快，让他们听不清楚，要你重复一遍又一遍又不好意思。
我忙道歉，再一个字一个字慢慢讲，老人家听得清楚，不须重复。
临走前还高兴地说谢谢我的耐心。。。

才发现：有时要对老人家讲效率的话，你放慢一点，整个过程就会顺利点，自然就会快一点。 =）懂了！

运动！ Wii Fit !!

最近每天放工后都会去海边散步运动，走快快那种，走到喘，流汗那种。。
吹着太阳下山的海风，又有朋友散步聊天，很不错一下。。。
一天下来的倦意或疲劳都渐渐消失。
有得松松筋骨，流点汗，心理上也平衡一点。
至少可以骄傲地说，我有运动哦！

今天散步后回到家，看到地上有了个Wii Board！
wow... Karl 和Ling 真的去把WiiFit PLus 给搬了回来！
作为Ling 的生日礼物，我也Share了一份。。。
Ling还说这礼物很好，是大家的礼物，齐齐来get fit !
刚才踏上了Wii Board, 量身订造今天的身体状况，然后定下目标减肥。
谁知原来我的BMI是22.5，在Ideal 标准水平，偷笑-ing。
可是我还是觉得不够好，我来这之前 （两年前）没这么重的哦。
我要减回3 KG！！！
结果我们三人就各自立下1 个月的目标，
我要减3KG
Ling要减5KG
Karl要增5KG， 他太廋了！

现在要加油减重了。。看一个月后的成绩！ 哈哈。。。

I'm so glad, I picked it up.

It just looked so isoechoic (same colour/texture) with normal kidney tissue.

When I sweep through the kidney, it just pop up looking normal and abnormal at the same time.

Decided to take a picture of it at best angle to show it more prominently.

Convinced radiologist that MAYBE there's smtg there. A CT scan recommended.

And the tumour showed up in CT scan. Radiologist came and told me, "Hey, there's really a lesion there ! "

Report: Probably an early neoplasm, a biopsy recommended to find out the nature of the lesion.

How wonderful it is...

How wonderful it is...

I still couldnt believe it ...

This morning I was still walking to work,

and in the evening I was driving home with my 1st car !

And I still couldnt believe it I've got myself a car in Aus.

"FREEDOM has come and knocked on my door"

Starting from tmr, I'm going to drive to worK... no more waiting for bus, no more fear of heavy rain, how wonderful it is! I'm just loving it.

It's just a small little Hyundai GETZ, 3 doors, 1.4 Manual. 2 years old car, with acceptable mileage. Got it from dealer, and the good thing is they cover everything on the registration process, so I wont have to take time off to go to transportation dept.

So, now the next step is to get a queensland driving license, =P yea.. i havent get one. Still driving on my Msian license, it's still valid for another 2 months.

Now I have to work harder to earn $ to feed my little Hyundai.. =) gotta go to work on saturdays too !!

When wish comes true.... u know how wonderful it is!
